- Save chosen creators onto a list that already exists
- CRM write-back for the saved shortlist
Challenges & Solutions
Matching for the brands that already have a bar
Their buyers are not test campaigns. Shortlists have to hold up next to Anthropic, Zapier, and Notion creator programs, so verification and fit come before reach.
Shortlists a brand program can use
The flow searches the roster, opens a profile, and saves creators onto a list that already exists, then writes that shortlist back to the CRM.
Generic walkthrough, not a client campaign
The video uses forty fictional creators. It shows search, a profile, and a save onto a list that already exists. It is not a recording of a live client campaign.
My Role
Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Resorsi. Worked on creator matching: the shortlist flow and the search that saves creators onto an existing list.
Results
Roster of 1,500 creators. A 250-creator campaign means about 50 hours of manual screening (est.). This page's walkthrough is the search and shortlist. Draft review is a separate case study. Built at Resorsi. No public app URL.
